1. Parties
SGRAIL is a brand of Plan A GmbH (Germany). The SGRAIL Marin event (October 3–4, 2026, Marin County, CA) is operated locally by Animo Performance LLC. Registration and payment are handled via RunSignup.
2. Registration & payment
All entries are made through RunSignup and are subject to RunSignup’s terms. Entry is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in USD as shown at the time of registration.
3. Mandatory waiver
Every participant must accept a liability waiver and release governed by the laws of the State of California during registration. No participant may take part without a signed waiver.
4. Refund & cancellation policy
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Entry transfers/deferrals are subject to availability and any deadlines stated at registration.
- If the organizer cancels the event, participants will be offered a credit or refund as communicated at that time.
- Force majeure (weather, permits, public-health or other events beyond our control) may affect the event without entitling participants to a refund.
5. Photo & media release
By participating you grant the organizers the right to use photos and video taken at the event for promotional purposes.
6. Code of conduct & rules
Participants must follow event rules, the instructions of marshals and officials, and applicable USAT rules for the triathlon. Unsafe or unsporting conduct may lead to disqualification.
7. Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Plan A GmbH and Animo Performance LLC are not liable for personal injury or property loss except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Governing law for the event: State of California; venue Marin County, California.
