Parties<\/strong><br>SGRAIL is a brand of Plan A GmbH (Germany). The SGRAIL Marin event (October 3\u20134, 2026, Marin County, CA) is operated locally by Animo Performance LLC. Registration and payment are handled via RunSignup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Registration &amp; payment<\/strong><br>All entries are made through RunSignup and are subject to RunSignup\u2019s terms. Entry is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in USD as shown at the time of registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Mandatory waiver<\/strong><br>Every participant must accept a liability waiver and release governed by the laws of the State of California during registration. No participant may take part without a signed waiver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Refund &amp; cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><li>Entry fees are non-refundable.<\/li><li>Entry transfers\/deferrals are subject to availability and any deadlines stated at registration.<\/li><li>If the organizer cancels the event, participants will be offered a credit or refund as communicated at that time.<\/li><li>Force majeure (weather, permits, public-health or other events beyond our control) may affect the event without entitling participants to a refund.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Photo &amp; media release<\/strong><br>By participating you grant the organizers the right to use photos and video taken at the event for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Code of conduct &amp; rules<\/strong><br>Participants must follow event rules, the instructions of marshals and officials, and applicable USAT rules for the triathlon. Unsafe or unsporting conduct may lead to disqualification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Liability &amp; governing law<\/strong><br>To the extent permitted by law, Plan A GmbH and Animo Performance LLC are not liable for personal injury or property loss except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
