Starte das Gravel-Triathlon-Festival gemeinsam mit Gleichgesinnten beim Warm-up Run. Die rund 6 km lange Strecke gibt dir einen ersten Eindruck der Laufroute und stimmt dich perfekt auf das Wochenende ein. Anschliessend treffen wir uns auf dem Dorfplatz in Silvaplana zu Kaffee und Kuchen. Starte mit einer gemeinsamen Schwimmeinheit im offenen Wasser in den Tag. Jan & Jan teilen dabei ihre Profi-Tipps <\/span>rund ums Open-Water-Schwimmen.
